Level 1

- Blowing Bubbles

- Dunking/Bobbing- series of 3, 5, 10 dunks in a row.

- Flutter kicking while holding onto the wall and focusing on not bending the knees too much.

- Touch the bottom of the pool with one hand.

- Retrieve submerged objects from the bottom of the pool.

-Kicking around the pool, assisted by an instructor.

- Jumping from the side safely into the pool.

 

Level 2

- Everything from Level 1

- Surface dive in three feet

- Kicking around the pool while holding onto either a noodle or a kickboard while blowing bubbles in the water.

- Float unassisted on both the front and the back.

- Roll from front to back and vice cersa unassisted by both an instructor or the pool bottom.

- "Superman" push off the wall on front.

- "Superman" with flutter kicks off the wall on stomach.
